also worth mentioning that introducing the question of whether it is or is not a crime is a red herring. If a person does something that is reprehensible, one is not obliged to forgive it because it is within the person's rights.
It is well to remember, moral compass-wise, that we are talking about entertainment. No talent justifies immorality. It is also well to remember that the sort of immorality on display in this case is totally alien to being a Christian.
