Finally got through on website. The three tix I wanted originally were still in my cart, so I was able to get them. That was a relief, because a lot of tix that day are now gone.
I feel sympathy for their situation, on one hand. On the other, they know they're going to get thousands of people trying to get on their site simultaneously. Surely there's something they can do? |
