| I'd say that predicting future mask guidelines policies at present are akin to predicting whether the Dow Jones and S&P will go up or down at any particular time. That could change in the case of covid/masking if scientific advances in vaccines continue to improve and numbers of infections continue to decline. As for the financial markets, greed and fear don't ever go away. |
