I find it frustrating that Encores still does this! I was surprised when I subscribed last year for the first time, and subscribed again when they gave me the same seats again this year when I renewed.
I have a subscription that gave me access to seats last week. I kept getting an error message but some nice person on Twitter told me to keep refreshing the page and that worked after a few tries. Couldn’t get through on the phone.
