| Oh, that’s not true. I splurged on Music Man and bought a ticket at the highest price I’d ever paid for a Broadway show (and will probably never pay as much again). The only other shows I saw last spring were American Buffalo which I had a sizable discount for and Take Me Out which I’d bought pre-pandemic. But that ate up my theater budget, so I sadly passed on Company and Hangman and a few other shows I would have considered had I had the bucks. | |

| The RUSH line for The Music Man is usually very busy, sometimes going around the block when box office opens. At $ 49 per ticket - and one can get a pair at that price- ( occasionally seats can be fairly good ones), people do take advantage of the offer. | |
