It was close but I don’t think it did. There’s also Hershey felders George Gershwin Alone.

An American in Paris did not recoup on Broadway but must have recouped via the national tour that followed.

Regarding the concert-type shows, Elaine Stritch at Liberty, Barbara's Cook Broadway!, Bea Arthur's Broadway all recouped.

Yes but thats probably because the original show toured, not a replacement cast.
