| Do we know the dates for this show? I was holding a slot during my Memorial Day weekend visit, but I'm guessing that it isn't supposed to run that long. Also, if tickets go on sale to members this week, when would they go on sale to the general public, give or take, based on previous shows? Thanks! |

| If a hot ticket and the cast can extend their contracts or replacements can be found. Just like a flop can close early. There are no guarantees in theater or life. | |

| I watched the streaming presentation last year with Audra McDonald and it was excellent (though I don't feel I need to see it again) and I would recommend it for those who haven't seen it. I think the Goodman production streamed last year, too. Thought it ran exactly one hour. |

| During the theater shutdown, Round House Theatre (in association with the McCarter) did an Adrienne Kennedy Festival which was streamed. I posted about how wonderful it was. It included Ohio State Murders (not starring Audra). | |

| With all the steaming I did watch during covid—and it was well over a hundred shows, I seemed to miss stuff like chicken & biscuits, Fat ham and this show. |

| Presented by Jeffrey Richards, Lincoln Center Theater, etc etc etc. I was on vacation when the release came, so I hadn't noticed that myself. I thought we'd see a Beaumont rental in the fall, maybe with a ticket offer to LCT members. But it's getting awfully late to announce anything...a 13-week run would have to start early/mid October to leave the house free by early/mid January for Camelot's prep. |

| My advice, watch this board. When I joined Second Stage a few years back I never received any of their email communications the entire season and only learned about member onsale dates from this or other websites. They kept saying they’d add me to the list but for whatever reason never were able to. It wasn’t until the next spring when I politely told them I wouldn’t renew unless they I finally got the emails everyone else was getting that they weee able to finally solved it. Annoying, but then these sort of companies for the most part are basically administrators working with small numbers of employees, and not computer experts. My hope and expectation is that, dealing in even more volume, LCT might have more tech-savvy staff working full-time – but you never know. Fingers crossed. |

| When it pertains to LCT these days, what doesn’t look like a rush job? Of course, the play is playing the James Earl Jones Theatre, so all subscriber tix will be Orchestra sides or row L and further back. Best seats will be mezzanine, no doubt. | |
