My advice, watch this board.
When I joined Second Stage a few years back I never received any of their email communications the entire season and only learned about member onsale dates from this or other websites. They kept saying they’d add me to the list but for whatever reason never were able to. It wasn’t until the next spring when I politely told them I wouldn’t renew unless they I finally got the emails everyone else was getting that they weee able to finally solved it. Annoying, but then these sort of companies for the most part are basically administrators working with small numbers of employees, and not computer experts.
My hope and expectation is that, dealing in even more volume, LCT might have more tech-savvy staff working full-time – but you never know. Fingers crossed. |
