| Oh wow, TURN OF THE CENTURY! Haven't thought of that show since I saw it (2008). What I remember is a one-trick show--What if you could go back in time and pretend to 'write' all the greatest songs of the 20th Century?--that didn't go anywhere. All I remember is Rachel York coming up from the floor in a Merrick Red Dress--complete with headdress!--singing Alexander's Ragtime Band that made me think she'd be a great Dolly Levi. Looks like did play it the following year, 2009, in summer stock. Would love to get the chance to see her do it again! |
