Should you choose to answer that, I'll ask a bonus question: can you point to where in the communications you have received from LCT they "make it seem like it's a gift"?
As I asked the other person, what is it that you would have them do in this situation? I'm all for better management but I think complaints are most effective when they can be tethered to some reality. |
