I went off a bit yes. I did respond tho by indicating that my numbers from UK and US show that the hits are doing well, and a lot of other shows are suffering. That said, West End revenues have in the last few months have equalled or slightly surpassed 2019 revenues (from current SOLT data). So that is a bit better than Broadway has been doing. But the industry is in bad shape still because of lack of government support, and losses many producers took when the bottom fell out due to Omicron etc in September 2021.

So yes, West End audiences have bounced back a bit better than Broadway. But the economic situation overall is still dicey. And the West End did not suddenly make a major change in the kind of shows being produced, which Broadway did in Fall/Winter 2021, to not bright effect.
