If you can put some meat on the bones with that data, I think folks here would be appreciative. In order to assess the difference in "bounce back," one would have to analyze what drove it. And the fact that you are not enamored of the "major change" [let's not hide what we are talking about: it's the substantial effort to address historical deficiencies in diversity, inclusion, and equity in the industry, something that your track record of comments on here explains you deem, as you describe it, "to not bright effect." Others see it quite differently.]
