It's a shame Kim Crosby's Broadway career was so shortlived

Tonight I rewatched the Original Into the Woods production for the first time in years and was so taken with her exquisitely rendered Cinderella. Such a beautiful, unforced performance. I bet she would have made a tremendous Baker's Wife as well.. maybe a few years later. It's a shame that her credits were limited to Jerry's Girls, Into the Woods and Guys & Dolls. Did she and her real life Prince Charming move to Missouri in the 90s for, presumably, their happy ever after and she just left Broadway behind?
