Powerful and moving production. Beautifully acted and sung. Ingrid Michaelson's songs complement Bekah Brunstetter's book nicely. The show is not perfect, but I did find it an emotionally satisfying evening at the theater.

Note: the production uses very non-traditional casting to portray the two main characters Allie and Noah with 3 actors for each at different stages in their lives. I had no trouble figuring out who was who, but others in my row got a little confused at times. I would recommend checking out the cast list and photos in the playbill before the show starts.

Maryann Plunkett, John Cardoza, Ryan Vasquez, Andrea Burns, and Jonathan Butler-Duplessis are the standouts, although the entire cast is quite strong.
