That was 5 years ago in 2017, lol. And it was indeed the London production, complete with that awful white wall of a set. And the original Frank and Charley from London. (The mostly Boston company of actors were the true reason to see the production - they were fabulous.)
The orchestra for that production (also quite fabulous, and led by a great colleague of mine) was 9 pieces. The only oddity, IMO, was no synth for "Franklin Shepard, Inc." |
