I agree. My first exposure to Streisand was her 1963 appearance on The Dinah Shore Show and I was hooked immediately and was a big fan for the next 8-10 years. I think the immediacy of her performance on this recording must be what appealed to me in 1963 (I was 14). I was struck by how many of the songs that were included in her first three or four albums were already in her act at that time.
