When I saw you write "Comic Lois Lane" I thought at first that there was. a THIRD Lois Lane who was a stand-up comedian in the 1930's!
Another character from theatre who has a real-life counterpart is Rebecca West, who adopted the name as a pseudonym inspired by Ibsen's character in Rosmersholm. |
