What you are saying now makes perfect sense. But this is the exchange I was responding to:

You didn't contradict that the vaccinations "do not prevent transmission or infection". But now you say that they DO prevent it, it's just not its PRIMARY purpose. So the claim about the CDC is in fact incorrect.
