"All the ticket buyers who ran and bought tickets for the final performance on January 1st"
I was one of those ticket buyers, and my heart sank when I saw today's announcement. However, I called Telecharge to attempt an exchange, and after some pushback from the customer service agent, I was successfully able to exchange the 1/1 tickets for 1/15. A friend of mine, who also had tickets for 1/1, was able to do the same.
Looking forward to seeing the actual final performance on January 15th! It will be my sixth time seeing the show. |
