| 1776 and Almost Famous--Flops? |

| From a distance (Los Angeles), from what I've read from reviews and the comments on this board, it seems that both of these productions fall short....are they considered flops? Is Almost Famous doing any business...or will it be considered when the Tony Awards come through? I was shocked to find that a production of 1776 is already slated to play here in LA since it seems to have been uniformly dismissed. I'd love to hear your thoughts. |
