Exactly. There are even used playbills for sale on your link. If you click all the way through, you will see the seller is one of Amazon’s third party sellers called “onpegasus.” Playbill, the company, has absolutely nothing to do with any of this merchandise. You simply searched for “playbill.” That does not mean all your hits will have anything to do with official Playbill merchandise, and as earlybird said, only the puzzle is from Playbill itself.
