| There could, of course, be some arrangement that we don't know about, but I think the first thing I guess we'll see is if it is a success. From where I sit, that seems like a question mark. And the one thing we know for sure is that the best way to avoid a lawsuit is to not have any money to pay damages with. But yes we shall see. |
