You're right. I shouldn't presume it was alcohol. Regardless, the person literally walking over seats to escape, was distracting. As was the snoring. And the laughing. And the flashlight. And. . .

I didn't change seats because I have anxiety, am relatively large, had a coat and a bag, was seated directly in the center of a row, and didn't want to make people get up to let me out and cause a greater disturbance.

I appreciate that you may have responded differently, but I think it's fair to point out here, that not choosing to move, because of anxiety about the disturbance it would have causes hardly feels the headline here. Literally....people climbing over seats and making fart noises, during a show.
