It sounds like 90% of the problem was that one awful family. If they hadn't been there, the rest would have been a mild nuisance. I'm sorry you had to deal with them.
I wonder if they will change the beginning of the show with the loud, startling noise. The resultant screaming/giggling is probably happening regularly, and it sets a tone that may not be the best choice. |
