Thank you. I couldn't agree more. I found the production, despite its talented cast, to be a big disappointment. Director-less, cartoonish, and juvenile. The sporting-event audience only made things worse.
Over the years, it seems INTO THE WOODS has morphed from a thoughtful adult musical into children's theatre. It was all kind of depressing. |
