| Oh, how sad, if true (I have no reason to doubt the poster). He was one of the truly great critics--I learned so much about how to think and write about theatre from reading him in the Voice. I was pleased when, some years ago, he one of the finalists for the Pulitzer, but sad, then and now, that he did not receive it. |
