I read the email about the benefit with the $1500 and $2500 tickets and rolled my eyes.
Many people on broadway world.com commented on it. In short, it seems to be the same version as Menier presented, albeit with a stronger, starrier cast. All reports were positive. There was some mention of Furth's book not being as strong as Sondheim's score, but I don't think there's ever been a question about that. |
