They do give credit in the program!
I was there last night. It's the exact same production. Radcliffe seemed a little nervous at the beginning, but relaxed through the evening. I liked his performance very much. Groff was FANTASTIC, especially in the scene outside the courthouse, and Mendez sang the hell out of it. She sounded GREAT.
Overall really enjoyed it.
They're using two kabuki drop effects in the show, the first one a double drop with a red curtain, it drops down, and then it drops again and gets cleared from the stage. The first drop didn't work, half the curtain was stuck, which made the second drop unable to function. They had to stop the show for about ten minutes while someone got a ladder and fixed the issue, and they rewound it and started from the top of the scene. Love live theatre. |
