Difficult to pick from the 70+ wonderful shows I saw in 2022.
Here's my top three:
Into the Woods Encores: Heather Headley leading a bonkers packed cast, so glad I caught it, even if it cost an effing fortune. The enthusiasm of the crowd was contagious.
Fiddler in Yiddish: I just plain adored every minute of this production. I laughed, I cried, I kvelled, I kvetched. Oy veigh, does it get better than this ?
Kinky Boots: life-affirming sizzling show with outstanding singing and dancing, a grand spectacle with a relatable and touching message |
