| Of your five options I would second Into the Woods and Top Dog/ Underdog, despite the overly loud pre-show and intermission music of the latter. Would also highly recommend Tom Stoppard's semi-autobiographical Leopoldstadt, and experiencing the full orchestra in a surprising and unexpectedly moving 1776. If you must see the weird little Kimberly Akimbo, you can probably get seats on TKTS. |
