Speaking of Shakespeare-inspired musicals, I wish the Public would do Peter Mills and Cara Reichel's ''Illyria'' at the Delacorte. It's adapted from ''Twelfth Night,'' and Mills' beautiful score includes ''Save One,'' about a love triangle: Viola, Olivia and Duke Orsino. Exquisite!
