| Usually the stop clause is invoked to kick a show out because there is one waiting for the theater that will pay the rent. I have not heard of any show needing to move in before Christmas. Most likely, the theater will be dark for months with no rent collected. The show most likely ran out funds using up the reserves and has to close. |
