| Yes. Truly sad this has never been released on dvd...& in this case, am doubting it is a situation re rights to Sondheim's music, & bet he surely would have given permission for the bits of it to be used without limit. Am no expert, but...Am sharing The Other One's hope that as so many of us reach out for remnants of Sondheim & Prince's presence & experience revivals of MERRILY. attention will be paid by powers that be. The excellent bio of Paul Gemignani sent me reaching for the film this time. |
