I've been to Carolines a number of times, and I've always thought of it as a more upscale, touristy midtown comedy club.
Its headliners seemed to be bigger names . ... To me, Comedy Cellar is a Village spot with more up-and-coming talent.
It'll be interesting to see how the standup comedy scene evolves. Maybe there's a musical here: ''Carolines, or Change.'' |
