| That wonderful sense of camaraderie at the dawn of a new time in history was beautifully captured in the original, I believe, by having strangers turn and greet each other for the first time all over the stage - "Me and You! Me and You!" - a lovely contrast to the destructive isolation caused by greed ("One and one and one" as Charlie says) that ends/begins the show. |
