| I thought she was bluffing. I don’t think she had the time with her caseload to get the logs and I do think she would need a search warrant to get the logs. Although a public library may not require a search warrant. My guess is that his violation of ankle braclet triggered an electronic report to her of his location but she wouldn’t have time to track down the information when she has 50 plus excons to monitor each week. She never actually showed him the report of his internet use which is what someone would do if they had it in hand. |
