I know you didn’t ask, but isn’t the script meant to be the one for “Take a Left,” the story they want to turn into a musical but never finish and that he is carrying and talking about with Charley during “Our Time”? And the fact that Frank is carrying it at the beginning and end of the story suggests that he may be thinking of taking a step toward going back to his roots, possibly reconciling with Charley, and finally getting back to work on the musical. |
