It's wonderful to hear and be reminded of these gems! (Makes me want to rush to the CD player and play 'em all!)
But, erm, I was also wondering, can anyone think of a moment when he used an unnecessary word, to fill a musical phrase?
The fact that the thread went to the positive direction may indicate how hard such moments are to find - which already says something great about his genius! |
