Could this have been made more confusing?
CDs 7 and 8 are called "PORTER Kiss Me, Kate - Overtures and Dances". But Kiss Me, Kate was a 2 CD set in itself. Castalbums.org lists Cole Porter: Overtures and Ballet Music as being included. Is that what the "Overtures and Dances" is referring to?
Then we have CD 11: "KERN - GERSHWIN Overtures". Is that highlights of Gershwin Overtures and Jerome Kern: Overtures and Music from the Film "Swing Time"?
I'm just asking, because I have all this stuff, anyway. The price is good for this set, but it seems to include truncated versions of things. |
