So admittedly I didn’t see her in Kinky Boots. I saw the live capture years later. And then I went back to watch and listen to her.
Her accent in that show is … well, I see sf’s point. But her humor and voice make up for it. Now Sweeney is a much different show. And if the production is smart they will figure out how to best showcase her. |
