| Except though Camelot remains an iconic cultural marker with a handful of beloved songs, it’s not a very good show, as many of us discussed in another thread. Its problems are in the structural foundation - who sings when and why - so a brilliant new book can’t alter the way the show is musicalized. Sweeney is a masterpiece. |
