| In addition to appearing in two Mitch Leigh/Albert Marre shows (which racked up a combined total of 10 performances on Broadway), he did national tours ("Mame" with Elaine Stritch, the title role in "Oliver!" on tour and in Japan and London, with Walter Slezak and later John Astin), plus movies (“Bless the Beasts and Children”) and TV shows. As an adult he moved back to his hometown in Illinois and ran a theater, directing many of its productions. He was 66. |
