Frankly, I didn't even know Spivey was still in ''A Strange Loop.'' He's had a history of missing a number of shows. But he got some good news lately. He's been cast as Damien in Tina Fey's upcoming movie musical of ''Mean Girls.'' Googling also brought up this Ebony article (from May 2022) that touches on ''A Strange Loop'' and Tyler Perry.
