And having seen her a good 10 or 12 times live (The Act, The Rink, Victor/Victoria), plus Stepping Out (Radio City), Liza's Back (Beacon Theatre), Minnelli on Minnelli (Palace), Liza's at the Palace, and a few other events like the Sondheim Celebration at Carnegie Hall, etc., this was by far her performing at the peak of her powers.

The other most noteworthy thing about it which I think no one has mentioned so far is that it was a full 3-WEEK run at Carnegie Hall – a length of booking unprecedented up to that point, and even in the years since I think no one else at that venue has ever come close.

Yes! I lost my double-CD a long time ago, so only listen to the recording on streaming, but I recall the CD had detailed liner notes about the record breaking Carnegie Hall run.
