| First off, I love this musical. I was disappointed when kinky boots won the Tony that year. I was concerned that Emma Thompson was going to play trunchbull since it’s usually a very masculine part. Well, she’s great. Matilda played is Alisha weir is terrific. It’s an excellent adaptation. |
