I’m not sure this matters, but I am curious… Felix’ suicide: was the actor positioned to make the effect all too real or was a dummy used with a mask of the actor’s face? When the actor came out for the curtain call there were no signs of the trauma. I thought the play was so well written and the acting was extraordinary to a person.
My daughter and I saw it together. She understood the odor references to forecast the suicide. I did not. We were on the front row house right. It stunned me. And re early posted discussion here, I didn’t find either Fred or Andy to be truthful or mistaken. I’m not sure what actually happened is the point or even important. |
