Saw 2:22 A Ghost Story last May and wasn't completely won over by the play either. Well acted but not that great a thriller. On Broadway you'd need a name or two succeed in this present climate.
Even on the west end they've been rotating names in the leads - it kicked off with singer Lily Allen, continued with Brooklyn 99 and recent Disney voice Stephanie Beatriz, then Harry Potter cast member Tom Felton, and currrently singer Cheryl Cole.
