I saw it twice early in its run, because a college classmate of mine was involved in the production. The title song "competition" between the ballet dancers and the tap dancers was fantastic, and the ballet "Slaughter on Tenth Avenue" (which I'd seen at NYC Ballet) was great. I was impressed with Markarova George de la Pena, and Starr Danias. And the orchestrations were great, because they weren't overly amplified.
