Two other 30's musicals that were revived in the 50's are Of Thee I Sing with a score by the Gershwins and Music in the Air with a Jerome Kern-Oscar Hammerstein score. Neither revival ran very long, but the Gershwin revival did yield an enjoyable cast album with Jack Carson and Paul Hartman.
