From my experience:
The Hal Prince trifecta of "On the Twentieth Century," "Sweeney Todd," and "Evita," which made the next four, "Merrily...", "A Doll's Life," "Diamonds," and "Grind" all the more disappointing. (Of the latter, admittedly I only saw "Doll's Life.")
"Nine" and "Grand Hotel."
Original "42nd Street."
"A Chorus Line."
"Crazy for You."
"Ragtime."
Sutton Foster "Anything Goes." |
